President George Bush Urges the Congress to pass the Trade Agreement.

The Center for Hemispheric Policy and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce were the host for the "Trade and Prosperity in the Americas". The President Bush use this panel of discussion as a platform to urge the Congress to pass the Trade Policy between the US and Peru, Panama and Colombia.
